All purchases of digital products from Efes Craft© are final. Because our files are instantly accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

- 🚫 No Refunds: Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, refunds are not available once a file has been delivered.

- 🔁 Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please email us within 48 hours of the second purchase. After verifying the duplicate, we’ll refund the extra charge.
